FAQs: Have Any Doubts?
Is the price shown on the website the final price?
The package price includes the services specifically mentioned under the package inclusions. Any additional expenses, optional activities, personal expenses, applicable taxes, or services not mentioned in the inclusions are charged separately. We believe in keeping the pricing and inclusions clear before you confirm your booking.
Will the actual trip be exactly as shown in the itinerary?
Our itineraries are planned to give you a clear idea of your travel experience. However, timings, routes, sightseeing order, activities, or accommodation may need to be changed due to weather, traffic, road conditions, local regulations, permits, or other operational factors. In such situations, our team will make the best possible arrangements without compromising the overall trip experience.
How do I know my trip is confirmed after making the payment?
Your booking is considered confirmed once the required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by our team. We recommend keeping your booking confirmation and payment receipt safely until the completion of your trip.
What happens if I need to cancel my trip or cannot travel?
Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and the terms applicable to your particular package. The initial booking amount is non-refundable, and any further refund, if applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
What if the trip I booked gets cancelled? What is the refund policy?
Trips may sometimes be cancelled or modified due to unforeseen circumstances, operational reasons, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we provide the best possible resolution or a credit note of the same amount, valid for one year. If the traveller cancels the trip from their end, the booking amount is non-refundable and will be handled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
