  • Boarding may be denied if valid identification is not provided.

4. Booking Transfer Policy

5. International Travel & Passport Requirements

  • For international trips, travellers must ensure that their passports meet the validity and condition requirements of the destination country and any transit countries.
  • Book of Tours shall not be responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, deportation, or additional expenses arising from invalid travel documents or failure to meet immigration requirements, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Any additional costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the traveller.

6. Weather & Government Restrictions

  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, road closures, landslides, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control, certain activities, sightseeing points, or travel routes may be cancelled, modified, or replaced.
  • Book of Tours will make every reasonable effort to provide an alternative feasible activity or arrangement wherever possible.
  • No refund will be provided for individual activities, sightseeing points, or services cancelled due to such circumstances, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking and cancellation policy.

7. Transportation & Road Conditions

  • Air conditioning may be switched off in hilly regions or whenever the driver considers it necessary for vehicle performance, road conditions, or passenger safety.

8. Departure & No-Show Policy

  • Departure timings are fixed. All travellers must report at the designated pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure and keep their status updated with the trip coordinator.
  • The trip coordinator may attempt to contact travellers up to twice before departure; however, this does not guarantee that a delayed traveller can be accommodated.
  • Failure to report at the designated departure point on time will be considered a no-show.
  • No refund or compensation will be provided in case of a no-show, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking terms.
  • If permitted by the trip operator, the traveller will be responsible for reaching the next designated point at their own expense.

9. Early Return & Unused Services

  • No refund will be provided if a traveller voluntarily skips any activity, sightseeing point, meal, or other service included in the itinerary, subject to applicable law.
  • No refunds shall be made for services not availed by the traveller where the applicable booking terms lawfully exclude such refunds.

10. Batch Size & Trip Operations

  • If the minimum required batch size is not achieved, Book of Tours reserves the right to operate the trip in association with a trusted third-party travel partner or operator.
  • Certain operational aspects, including transportation, accommodation, trip coordination, or other arrangements, may be managed in collaboration with the partner operator.
  • Book of Tours will make every reasonable effort to maintain the planned itinerary and agreed service standards. Specific operational arrangements may vary depending on the partner operator’s availability and policies.
  • By confirming the booking, travellers acknowledge that such arrangements may be made when necessary for the smooth operation of the trip.

11. Hotel & Accommodation

  • Travellers are advised to assess their physical fitness before participating in physically demanding activities.

14. Adventure Travel & Safety Risks

  • Book of Tours organises trips that may involve trekking, camping, high-altitude travel, challenging terrain, and other adventure activities that carry inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, loss of property, and other unforeseen events.
  • Travellers must follow the instructions of trip leaders, drivers, local authorities, and activity operators at all times.
  • Book of Tours will take reasonable measures to support traveller safety. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
