Cancellation Policy – Book of Tours

1. Booking & Cancellation Terms

  • The initial booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, subject to applicable law.
  • All cancellation requests must be communicated to Book of Tours in writing through the official communication channel.
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled trip departure date.
  • The applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the total trip cost, and any eligible balance amount will be refunded as per the cancellation terms below.

2. Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more before the trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation made 15–30 days before the trip start date: 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation made 0–15 days before the trip start date: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made on or after the trip departure date, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking terms.

3. Initial Booking Amount

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE FOR THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT IN CASE OF ANY CANCELLATION, subject to applicable law. However, any remaining refundable amount, where applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

  • Any request to change or reschedule the trip date will be subject to availability and approval by Book of Tours.
  • Rescheduling may attract additional charges depending on hotel, transportation, activity, and other supplier policies.
  • If the requested date change cannot be accommodated, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation charges will apply.

5. Weather & Government Restrictions

  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities or sightseeing arrangements may be cancelled or modified.
  • Book of Tours will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative feasible activity or arrangement wherever possible.
  • No refund will be provided for individual activities cancelled due to such circumstances, subject to applicable law and the agreed booking terms.
